Q. Why do I need a vehicle tracking system?
A. Vehicle tracking is proven as a business tool. It has helped many business owners and managers control costs and improve efficiencies. Vehicle tracking reduces overtime, eliminates theft, and increases efficiency of deliveries. It verifies your drivers and vehicles are doing what they say they are doing. Q. Are there any monthly fees involved?
A. There is a monthly cost for airtime, support and software updates
Q. Does the system only cover the United Kingdom?
A. No, the system also covers mainland Europe and other areas.
Q. Can the system be set up to alert me of vehicles straying out of area?
A. Yes, the system has an out of area alert function that can easily be set up to cater for individual vehicle restrictions.
Q. Will there be any part of the installation that is visible on the vehicle?
A. No, the installation is entirely hidden from view, except if the vehicle is fitted with an athermic windscreen, in which case there will just be a small disc shaped antenna attached to the inside of the windscreen behind the rear view mirror.
Q. How long will it take to fit the system in my vehicles?
A. It will take approximately 1.5 hours per vehicle, and this can be carried out at any location in mainland UK.

A. Our pricing policy is completely open and transparent, and you can see all of the pricing options on this site. Please refer to the pricing section.
Q. What is your delivery time?
A. We manufacture the product in the UK, and are normally able to deliver and install within 2 weeks of completed order.
Q. What happens when I change my fleet?
A. We will send our engineers out to remove the tracking system from the old vehicle, and reinstall it in the new one. The charge for this is £150+VAT.
Q. Can I carry out my own installation?
A. We often train our customers' staff or local garage to carry out installation, or to carry out removals/ reinstallations. We would be pleased to discuss this with you.
Q. Are there any hidden costs?
A. No - unlike some systems our pricing is fixed.
Q. What is the length of the system warranty?
A. The tracking system is covered by a full on-site warranty for the duration of the lease, or for 2 years in the case of purchase.
